Every year when February rolls arounds, we can really start to feel the love in the brewery. A light smell of wine, spirits, and chocolate drifts through the air. Inspired by a great hip hop, double album, this double barrel-aged brew was our stab at an ideal Valentine's Day beer.

The Love Below is a heavenly version of our Nikolai Vorlauf Imperial Russian Stout that's been aged in luscious Cabernet barrels and bold Bourbon barrels for months, then blended together along with real cherries and 100% chocolate. Thick and sultry, this is a beer best consumed with a very special friend.
