For our third collaboration with Bluejacket, we brewed a mixed fermentation saison with a French ale strain and blend of various brettanomyces. This beer exudes a subtle funk aroma and finishes dry like a classic saison. The heavy whirlpool addition of Nelson Sauvin hops shine through with notes of lime and orange.
