With its bright, crisp, and banana floral notes, Divine Sauvage is an inspired nod to the classic Belgian Tripel. To celebrate one of our favorite styles, we aged it in a variety of French Oak vintage red wine barrels for up to 30 months. At first sip, flavorful notes of tart grapefruit, green apple, and lemon zest tantalize the palate before earthy notes of fresh-cut oak balance out its sweetness.
