Neon Lights is a delicately complex hop-forward farmhouse ale. Because we used German malt and hops, we named it after one of our favorite kraut rock jams. Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops perfectly complement the funk from our blend of yeasts. Crisp with a snap of bitterness.
