This beer comes from the soul of our brewery. Each batch will have a rotation of adjunct grains (raw, malted, whatever we are able to get our hands on) alongside locally grown and malted barley from our friends at Valley Malt which contributes a beautiful clover and honey note behind the floral, fruity and lightly resinous hop character. Both of the hops in this beer, Michigan Copper and Bitter Gold are varieties we have planted on our farm and are chosen for the distinct flavor profiles they offer us as brewers which we believe leads to economic viability for farmers. This will never be an "estate" beer but rather a vision and celebration of a beer whose ideals are cultivated, ingredients grown, and flavors produced by a community.

Fun fact: each can of beer is the equivalent of 5 square feet of local barley fields.

Version 1 - pilsner malt (endeavor), pale malt (endeavor), malted spelt, malted warthog wheat
Batch 1, packaged 10.17.17 (draft only)
Batch 2, packaged 11.19.17 (draft + can)
Batch 3, packaged 2.20.18 (draft + can)

Version 2 - Valley Malt pilsner (endeavor) + Thrall Family Malt (synergy). The first batch of beer from our brewery using CT grown and malted barley. This batch is adjunct grain free to allow the character of local malt to be the central focus of the grain bill.

Batch 4, packaged 04.24.18 (draft + can)
