The band, The Presidents of the United States, had it right when they said that! Little did they know they were talking about, "Fuzzball Sour; Peach Kettle Sour". This beer was a fun take on our original "Fuzzball". We decided to honor Georgia and throw a little ATL at it, and get funky! After giving the wort some time to get good and sour, we boiled it and moved it to the country...I mean fermentor! There we let it start doing its thing and added as much Peach as we could. This unfiltered, 5.4% Sour with only 10IBU's, really allows the sweetest from the peaches to dance along side the sourness created in the kettle! Sit back, enjoy a nice refreshing Fuzzball Sour during a hot summers day!
