In recent years, a number of hops have grown so popular that they have become unavailable to many brewers. This was the case for the guys at The Monk, whose American IPA, the Chief, used Citra. But rather than crawl up in a corner and cry into each other's arms, the brewers decided they'd create the Chief 'Superhopâ? editions.
