Produced with addition of croatina grapes. Served in a flute of sparkling wine, it is red, limpid; the smell is very complex, you can perceive an evident vinous note, accompanied by hints of camomile, dried flowers, violet, berries, orange. In the mouth there is great structure, softened by the roundness and the heat of alcohol and just lightened by a slight acidic vein. It ends up very elegant, on dryness, with a very pleasant note of fresh grapes. Complex, intriguing, dedicated to demanding palates.
