Served in a flute of sparkling wine is red-colored, clear; the sense of smell is very complex, you feel clear vinous notes, accompanied by hints of chamomile, dried flowers, purple, berry, orange. In the mouth, there is a great structure, softened by the roundness and alcohol from the heat and as soon as lightened by a slight acidulous vein. It ends very elegant, on dry, with a pleasant note of fresh grapes.
