The second installment in our mash-up series with Perry's Ice Cream: Caribbean Coconut Pale Ale! It's brewed with toasted coconut, dry hopped with experimental hop HBC 472, and aged on American Oak (soaked in a blend of coconut and spiced rum) and madagascar vanilla beans. Aromatics consists of fruity coconut and pineapple with complimentary notes of vanilla and rum. Initially your palette will experience flavors of sweet coconut and vanilla that finishes with a moderate oak wood and rum character. $1 from each pint is donated to Women and Children's Hospital.
