It boasts malt flavors of graham crackers, and sweet and dark caramel with hints of fig, vanilla and burnt sugar. The malt is complimented by a spice mixture of fresh ginger and cinnamon, 500 lbs. of pumpkin, mace, Jamaican all spice berries, annatto seeds and coriander. Then, if that wasn't enough, we aged this delicious Imperial Ale on french oak chips and fresh vanilla beans. Beware.
