Traditional Oktoberfest beers are brewed with lager yeast in March (Märzen) and lagered through the summer months; however, our Nextdoorberfest is brewed with our house ale yeast and is not lagered. We use Pilsen, Vienna and Munich malts and noble hops. Clean, crisp, amber-orange in color, complex maltiness and slightly nutty.
