This soft, juicy Imperial IPA is built on pale ale malt, caramel malt, and flaked oats for a very smooth mouthfeel. The star of the show is a new hop variety, Skyrocket, grown in WI by our friends at Gorst Valley Hops. Combined with Simcoe hops, this beer is bursting with notes of mango, mandarin orange, and papaya.
