Gale is the latest addition to our Stormy Series. This hazy oat IPA has the same grain and hop ratios to that of the initial Stormy recipe, but with a different hop profile. Double dry hopped, this oat IPA is packed with four to five pounds of hops per barrel of beer. Gusting with aromas of grapefruit and candied pineapple from the addition of Falconers Flight and Mosaic hops. The combination of oat malt and Summer/Amarillo hop additions also bring hints of sweet melon. This oat IPA is well balanced with tastes of juicy pineapple, grapefruit, melon, cotton candy, and moderate bitterness through the finish.
