A beer with an exaggerated dose of hops I had in mind for some time.
The name could not be that Overdose. It was a matter of time.
At the fair of Rimini of 2012 I had the pleasure of meeting Henry Dada brewery and the brewery Gino Leaves Grass.
I liked immediately. I told them about this beer and I asked if we wanted to develop it together. And so Henry gave me this beautiful label. It was the icing was missing.
Deliberately exaggerated, a hop juice (about 22 kg per 1100 liters of beer) in which despite the many IBU manages to be still enjoyable thanks to dell'amaro balance with the sweet notes of aromatic oils of the same.
