Pils is our dry-hopped, unfiltered lager created with 100% German malt and Tettnang and Saphir hops in the kettle and fermenter. Spicy noble hop character over sweet Pilsner malt. Pepper, lemon ice, black tea. This is the first iteration in pursuit of the fizzy yellow beer of my dreams. Brewed for our friends at Edgewild and shared in our tasting room.
