The second beer of Reservoir Dogs' "Apocalypto" project, dedicated to the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, is an American Ipa with fresh and decisive aromas of exotic fruit (mango and passion fruit), citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange and hazel (peach) and conifers. Behind the scenes, malty notes (bread and biscuit crust), herbaceous and some caramel. Medium body with medium carbonation. On the palate, where the fragrances perceived on the nose are substantially re-proposed, it is sweet and sour, very aromatic and tasty with a good balance: the bitterness is always present but never intrusive. Extremely drinkable, it leaves the scene with a dry finish and a bitter aftertaste, rich in resinous tones.
