Farmhouse ale mashed in an oak puncheon through a bed of cedar branches and brewed over a direct fire in our copper kettle with toasted oak bark, then fermented with our wild house mixed culture. Leads with cedar and gin-like flavors in conjunction with a balanced oak character and a light finish.
