Following the success of our first anniversary, Maiden 2014, the first beer to be brewed, again an american style barley wine has been left to mature in the same barrels from Maiden 2013 with 10% of that years brew to add complexity, but with further barrels added to the mix.
Banyuls, Red Wine, and others are all working very different magic and highlighting very different flavour profiles in each barrel. The goal is to bring them together in a year in a truly unique blend in a way that greatly improves the sum of the parts.
