Given their brewery is no longer in Sydney yet most of its beers and ciders take their names from areas of Sydney, it seems only right that the relocated Sydney Brewery (formerly Schwartz) should honour its new home in the Hunter Valley with one beer. It does so with the Lovedale Lager, a faithful interpretation of the classic German beers that, along with those inspired by Czech pilsners, took over the world.
