Our take on a style that came out of San Francisco. This is a celebratory, effervescent brew. A champagne of all beers. Extra pale and brewed super dry and crisp. Then heavily dry-hopped with varieties that provide wine-like flavours.
Hops: Magnum, Pacifica, Hallertau Blanc, Eldorado, Nelson Sauvin.
