Our latest draft-only release has been months in the making! Back in early June, when the Spruce Trees began to bud, Ed Kent of Kent Farms harvested over 50 pounds of fresh spruce tips which were immediately frozen. We combined those, along with some select American Hops from the Pacific Northwest, to make an easy drinking, flavorful IPA - perfect for the cooler winter months. Brewed with love along with Pale, Wheat and Carafoam Malts; Simcoe and Experimental Hops; Kent Farms Spruce Tips.
