We took our Blaze On Saison and aged it for one year with a combination of Brettanomyces and our French Saison yeast to bring the funk! The unique malt bill of the origin beer creates a creamy mouthfeel with a crisp flavor. Earthy yeast tones, mild tartness and a touch of spice make for a refreshing drinking experience. Malt: Pale, Flaked Oats, Caramel Rye, Malted and Unmalted Wheat. Hops: Crystal and Sterling
