A new pilsner out of the Threes lager house brewed in collaboration with Bearded Iris Brewing Co. in Nashville. Oyster shells were used to showcase minerality and a touch of salinity in an otherwise traditional German-style pilsner. Conceptually inspired by Mersault wines in the Burgundy tradition in which the minerality is an expression of a time and place. This pilsner uses an ingredient native to our region to impart a similar impression.
