Timmermans Strawberry is obtained by adding natural strawberry juice to Lambic beer. Its red color also has dense orange-apricot reflections. The foam lasts well in the glass and the bubbles are very fine. Its scent recalls a compote of crushed strawberries. Typical fruit aromas are very noticeable with a touch of pineapple thanks to the small green grains that cover strawberries. Rich in the mouth, the combination of stewed fruit and apricot is very interesting, and the tasting ends with a touch of very refreshing acidity.
