Chilli beers can be hit or miss. Some breweries like to use them as something of a novelty on their lineup, usually breweries that only brew small batches and sell onsite. Occasionally, they're used to dramatic nature as a one-off or annual release – or something to catch people's attention over just 85ml at GABS.
