Les Rougettes, our Red Grisette collaboration brewed with our friend Raphael of Brasserie Trois Dames! This beer was inspired by our Les Grissettes, and is similarly fermented with our house culture of Brettanomyces and refermented in the bottle. Les Rougettes has a very deep and dark ruby color, and a wonderful dark cherry and plum flavor with bright effervescence.
