Garcon de Ferme is a tart farmhouse ale brewed in the rustic spirit of Old World Belgian-style farm beers. Primarily fermented with our house Brett culture and aged Noble hops, this beer is then blended with our golden sour ale and laid to rest in our foeder with one pound per barrel of Styrian, Celia, and Saaz hops until it reaches perfection.
