The Microbrewery of Thessaloniki is the first Microbrewery in Thessaloniki.
We are 4 friends and old classmates, Antonis, Nikos, Thomas and Lina. Antonis is a chemist and the rest of us are Agronomists-Food Technologists.
Ali's idea came up several years ago, during our studies. The stimuli we received during our postgraduate studies in the Netherlands were the beginning for the germ to enter us! Little by little, we discovered the different types of beer, the meaning and the culture of microbrewing and we started experimenting with recipes at the level of home brewing. In the following years, each of us followed his own course and gained a different work experience in the field of food & beverages. We traveled a lot, we worked abroad, we came in contact with new stimuli and finally the combination of these experiences and our common love for beer, led to build our own brewery in our city, Thessaloniki and thus start the public our journey.
