This Outlaw starts with our Brett Saison aged in oak barrels and then fruited with over a pound of raspberries per gallon before getting blended with a wine barrel aged Brett Lambicus Kolsch. This beer gives you a refreshingly sweet hit of raspberry followed by a lingering sour, dry finish that will leave you with cherry and wine tannins on the palate.
