Small. Extremely Small. Each batch we brew nets only about two hundred cases. Because of this, it takes many batches of Brau Bros' Beer to satisfy Southwest Minnesota's beer drinkers. Our brewery hums seven days a week. Our tiny footprint means every square foot must be used efficiently. Ten fermenters guard the brew house, with a modest fifteen barrel brewing system as the center piece. Six converted, copper finishing tanks create a wall that separates brew house from bottling line. Outside, the largest hopyard in the upper midwest is flanked to the north by our own estate barley field.
