Once you've brewed a beer with barrel-aged balsamic vinegar in it, is there anywhere left to go? That's the question that BrewCult founder Hendo must have been wrestling with for the past few months. And it's one that's led him to a rather funky answer: a Farmhouse IPA. He tells us that this is the "first beer in a series of hoppy beers called 'The Psychedelic Series' with the label imagery being a very groovy 60s look". The reason why? "Just seemed like a fun thing to do."
