The 2017 edition of our Russian Imperial Stout is a blend of 90% clean fermented RIS aged in whiskey barrels and 10% Brett. Finished old ale that was similarly barrel aged for nearly 2 years. Roast, oak, vanilla, and chocolate notes pair with a hint of dark fruit,leather and a touch of funk.
