Komorebi is the sunlight filtering through the leaves of a tree-a refreshing curtain of light penetrating through the shade. Komorebi, the beer, is a Belgian-style Tripel fermented with pears,1/3 aged in freshly emptied Mezcal barrels and 2/3 aged in wine barrels. This is the first beer to emerge from our wood-program at our new brewery - the first light penetrating the shade.
