It's hard to say exactly where the genesis for this beer came from, but we have it on good authority that it had a great deal to do with one of the staff members of Darlinghurst's Local Taphouse starring in this video. Beyond that, it's really anyone's guess. But what we know for certain is that this is the second collaboration between Wollongong's Illawarra Brewing Company and the staff from one of Sydney's finest beer bars.
