Our light beer is brewed in the Munich style, with Hallertau hops (Magnum and Perle). Not necessarily hoppy. The Zoigl still contains yeast. Due to the yeast it contains, it is naturally cloudy and I personally prefer it because the yeast contains the entire vitamin B complex. By the way, yeast makes you beautiful. Beer power slim, as long as you don't eat anything with the beer. I don't brew dark beer because I don't like it myself. Our beer is only filtered with kieselguhr and therefore we give it a relatively short shelf life. Also, as a small brewery, we have to differentiate ourselves from the brewery giants. That's why our beer tastes different because it's neither briefly heated nor pasteurized.
