Ambrata charge, just veiled, with copper hues. The nose is divided, with fruity, toasted notes, caramel, accompanied by hints of herbs, citrus and peppery, derived from hops used (Fuggle and Cascade). In the mouth the structure of malts supports the bitterness of the hops (40 IBU), which comes in the tasting with great progression to clean the mouth. Beer who can be drinkable and complex, with a very pleasant finish, with subtle notes of pepper, spices and ginger.
