Jotunheim is a blended ale produced in cooperation with Voss Bryggeri (Voss, Norway). It is a blend of several different ales: A Voss ale brewed with foraged Nordic berries and fermented with Kviek yeast, a double matured blend of OEC sour ales in pink granite and OEC's spontaneously fermented ale matured in oak barrels.
