This hazy, straw-colored beer's tart and dry flavor profile makes it the perfect partner for soft tangy cheeses, ceviche, or a mid-day roll in the hay. While our bottle-conditioning process ensures this new Louisiana tradition will continue to evolve in the bottle, we like it best fresh.
