Pivovar Zhůřák is a small craft brewery about 25 kilometers south of Pilsen in the village of Zhůř. Brewing began in August 2013. The brewery has a 250 liter brewhouse and 3 CKT fermentation tanks. Various top fermented beers are created here rather than the traditional lagers of the region. Most of the beer is kegged in 50 and 30 liter kegs and sold to a few bars in Pilsen, Prague and Brno.
