Hoppy, Dry, Floral. Brewed with wheat and oats, and fermented with our house mixed-culture of wild yeasts. Expect our house funk layered with a heavy-handed late boil addition and two rounds of dry-hopping with Centennial, Hallertau Blanc and Cascade for a total of more than 4 lbs per bbl. That all translated to diry, earthy-floral, load of candied citrus, white grapes, hay and open fields.
