Made in collaboration with the Latvian brewers of Ārpus Brewing Co., this Imperial Stout is produced using an infusion of Tonka beans and Brazilian Bela Vista coffee from the Kalve Roastery roastery. Sweet and sour aroma with marshmallows, tonka beans, roasted malts, vanilla, caramel, coffee and some prunes. On the palate, full and soft and with the well-hidden alcoholic component, it is chocolaty and at times reminiscent of a tart with raisins, blueberries and red cherries. Roasted finish with a bitter-spicy aftertaste.
