Buckwheat Beer aged in Oak that we brewed in collaboration with our friends at Fair State Co-op. It's brewed with beautiful buckwheat from upstate New York that adds a roundness to the mouthfeel and flavor, that play nicely off the oak and tartness from its mixed culture fermentation.
