Cloud Hollows is a 0-IBU (no bitterness) New England IPA that is triple dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, and Rakau hops.<br /><br />
It is extremely bright and pillowy, with a soft and creamy mouthfeel, and virtually no bitterness or perceived alcohol to be found.<br /><br />
This stuff drinks like straight up juice with tasting notes of fresh squeezed orange pulp, bright tropical pineapple, and crushed white wine grapes.
