Our Bonator Doppelbock is a strong, dark red beer specialty brewed according to monastic tradition. This beer gets its distinctive baroque body through a traditional, complex mashing process. Fine malts, kilned at higher temperatures, and fine Franconian aroma hops give the Bonator its powerful, round and velvety taste. Fermented bottom and then matured long and cold. A classic not only for Lent.
