Our production laboratory is located in the town of Fossa, in Località San Lorenzo n.21. The cooking chamber, made of stainless steel, has a production capacity of 10 Hl and consists of: cooking / boiling, filtering, whirlpool (see Production Process ). At present the winery is made up of 2 fermenters / ripeners with a nominal capacity of 15 Hl. To give you a chance to see a live production plant and to understand the fundamental aspects of the various stages of the production process, we will be happy to welcome you to share pleasant and convivial moments with the good beer. Follow us on the blog and on the facebook page: we will soon be announcing the opening hours of the company store and the dates when we will open the brewery doors to groups of 10-20 people to observe the operation behind the scenes.
