The Barley Craft Brewery was founded in 2006 thanks to the passion for high quality beer of the two proprietors, Nicola Perra and Isidoro Mascia. Day after day, every production's detail combines great creativity with constant quality care, in order to offer refined-taste beers.
Its production philosophy has enabled to successfully raise awareness of Barley beers, opening the way for export to the USA, where they soon found a natural place on the tables of mid to high range restaurants very sensitive to the nichè products, particularly Made in Italy.
Conferming the high quality of the product and the noticeable appreciation on the part of the consumer, the Barley beers are to integrated into the export market in both the USA and other countries with similarly great beer traditions such as England and Germany.
The special recipes, created and perfected with originality by brewer Nicola Perra, gave to the Barley Craft Brewery distinctive push to establish itself quickly in a niché industry, ever-growing on the world stage, and now some of the 10 beers of the range are used as reference types in AIS and ONAV wine steward courses.
