The buzz: Sitting on the mezzanine level of furniture mecca Crystal Design Center’s second phase, Beerology aims to bring the imported beer craze to suburbanites with all-imported brews, plus a seven-hour booze buffet to boot.
The décor: Beerology sits between a typical English pub and a Thai-style watering hole with its black and brown tones, complete with a chill-chill outdoor area dotted with faux-leather stools. Glass-fronted, the interior houses a few wooden tables as well as plush sofas perfect for groups. We love the rust-colored tiles which complement the chandeliers and the fully-stocked bar. There’s also an obligatory LCD TV screening football matches, but if that’s not your thing, we highly recommend catching the breeze outside.
The music: Loungey tunes in the background and some good ol’ bossa nova.
Promotion: Hardcore drinkers shouldn’t miss their ongoing beer buffet where B800 gets you an unlimited refill from 5pm-midnight (Tue-Thu). Happy hours: buy 2 get 1 free, everyday from 5-8 pm.
