Behind the quiet facade of our brewer Rick LaFlamme, lies a genius that was waiting to be tapped. We first met Rick in 2011 and we felt his passion for creating a line of beer that would span all taste buds. In that time, we have done a lot of research with Rick and we are excited about the creative ideas he wants to put into a tap line. In the meantime, we worked on developing four foundation beers that are available in pubs and stores throughout Northern New York.
