La Zia Ale began as a project of craft breweries in Lazio associated all'A.BI. Lazio.
The aim is to enhance the use of barley malt and products of the agricultural sector in our region, using them as fundamental ingredients in the recipe of this beer.
Each member produces AUNTIE ALE according to his inspiration.
We Birradamare we interpreted this blond beer by adding load Rosemary and artichoke, typical products of the coast of Lazio, giving aromas and balsamic notes that characterize strongly and make excellent alongside some traditional Lazio cuisine.
